What is Your Moon Yoga ?

Your Moon Yoga is here to help you connect to your body's natural rhythm and movement.  With a fusion of hatha yoga and Pilates movements, each class brings a unique, energizing experience that fosters correct alignment and positive mind-body connection.


Infused with the foundations of Moon Cycles and your own cycle, Your Moon classes will support any fitness level and empower every student. 

Your Moon classes will begin with grounding and short meditative time and will continue with a warming up of the body followed a stretching and strengthening time, concluding with a cool-down and savasana.  Perfect for those short on time and on the go.
